How it works:
- Up to 4 weeks after your completed PD, the retailer emails “Pass Access & Order Link” NOTE: Orders must be placed through link in this email.
- Place order all at once, as 1 order, within 10 days of getting access email from the retailer.
- $600 is the maximum you can spend. You cannot “make up the difference.” Item + taxes + shipping = $600.
- Passes will be awarded beginning with Fall trainings until they run out.
- Only 1 shopping pass will be awarded per worksite (no matter how many trainings are completed or how many staff attend).
- A worksite refers to a child care program operating in a specific location. For example, if a program operates in two locations, each site is eligible for a shopping pass.
To qualify for the shopping pass, you must:
- Work with children ages 0-5 at a licensed, operating child care program or facility in Contra Costa County. NOTE: Attendees working at TK programs are not eligible.
- Register for one of the listed PD opportunities, and provide your email, phone number, and worksite shipping address (where ordered Shopping Pass items can be received).
- Complete the PD opportunity by attending its entirety and submitting an evaluation.
Supplies are limited! Register today.
