Vicky Quinto

Vicky Quinto is currently the Children & Family Services Deputy Director, overseeing the day-to-day operations focused on child safety. She began her child welfare career in Santa Clara County after completing her Title IV-E MSW program. She was a Social Worker in the Dependency Investigations unit and Children’s Residential Placement unit before coming to Contra Costa County in 2000. Vicky has worked with caregivers in the Resource Family Approval Unit and families in crisis within the Emergency Response unit, eventually promoting to a Social Work Supervisor over seeing youth and families in Reunification and Family Maintenance program. In 2010, Vicky went to work with Casy Family Programs in Oakland, where she oversaw a foster family agency program and provided strategic consulting to multiple child welfare jurisdictions across the country. In 2015, Vicky returned to Contra Costa County and assumed her role as the Division Manager over CFS Administrative Services before taking on her current appointment as the CFS Deputy Director in 2024.
