Acknowledgments

A special thanks to all the individuals, organizations, coalitions, partners and funders who contributed to the growth, successes, and impact of the Regional Groups program for more than 20 years. We thank you all for contributing to our collective learning, power-building, inquiry, and successes.

We would especially like to thank the Regional Groups members over the years who were the core of the program. Your hopes, dreams, aspirations, concerns, time, creativity and dedication led to the beauty and strength of this effort, and we and the families throughout our county are deeply grateful for your leadership and determination.

We would also like to recognize the First 5 Contra Costa staff and our First 5 Contra Costa Commission, who supported the Regional Groups as a pathway to parent leadership from the very beginning and who remain steadfastly committed to supporting parent leaders as a key driver for positive change.

Given the many partners of the Regional Groups over their 20-year history, it would be nearly impossible to list them all. Below are some of the Regional Groups’ partners from the most recent years.
