The Antioch First 5 Center is a family resource center for moms, dads, grandparents, and caregivers of all kinds with children ages 0–5. It’s a place to connect with each other, learn, and get access to community resources.

Our First 5 Centers offer events and classes (both in-person and virtually) to support families with young children to co-create the best possible environments for them to learn and grow. Those environments include the homes, neighborhoods, classrooms, and communities.

Your first step to joining the First 5 community is to register at a First 5 Center. Once you’re registered, you can sign up for classes and workshops that help make parenting easier, support you in raising healthy and happy children, and connect you to useful community resources.

Once registered at a First 5 Center, you can begin to choose from over 20 classes each month full of fun activities for families, workshops for adults, and much more. All services are available at NO COST to you. There’s also drop-in playtime, Saturday classes, monthly events, and classes focused on dads.

We are here for support.

We have monthly distributions of diapers, food, activity bags, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Our staff are trained in early childhood development and work in partnership with families parenting children ages 0-5. When it comes to kids, no question is too big or too small. We put families first and can help you explore and discover the answers to questions and navigate the different available community services and resources—everything from parenting and childcare to preparing your child for school.
