First 5 Contra Costa recently adopted a Results Based Accountability framework to measure its progress towards achieving its vision. Results Based Accountability is used by agencies to focus on how they are making a difference on their intended outcomes.
RBA helps agencies measure who is impacted, what activities are working and how well, and “who is better off?” as a result of the efforts.
